The basic model includes steel structure, roof, 50mm rock wool sandwich wall panel, MgO floor board, 1 door, 2 windows, 1 switch, 4 sockets, 2 lights, and 1 AC socket. It does not include bathroom, kitchen, installation, or optional upgrades unless quoted.
